Notifications
The bell beside Nash and your account menu opens your notification inbox in the new lobby. Its badge shows how many notifications you have not read, up to 99+. The inbox is personal to your account and workspace.
Support notifications are available only while support is enabled for your workspace. When disabled, they are hidden from the list and unread count. Mark all as read leaves those hidden notifications unchanged, so their previous read state returns when support is re-enabled.
You receive a notification when a support ticket you raised changes to Needs clarification or Closed. Click it to open that ticket, read the question or closure reason, and reply if clarification is requested. Each new clarification round has its own notification.
Reporting and other features do not currently send notifications to this inbox. If none have been sent to you, it shows No notifications yet.
Read notifications
Section titled “Read notifications”- Click the bell to see your newest notifications first.
- Click a notification to open its application page or show its full details. This marks it read.
- Use Load more to see older items, or Mark all as read to clear your unread count.
Opening the list leaves its items unread. Read notifications remain in your history, which has no automatic expiry. Your read state is shared across browsers and devices.
The red dot beside Support portal means you have unread support notifications, including closed-ticket updates. It clears once all support notifications are read. Reading a notification does not submit a clarification reply; see Provide additional information.
The badge refreshes when you navigate between lobby pages, return to the browser tab or open the bell. Notifications do not appear instantly while you stay on the same page. If marking a notification as read fails, it remains unread; you can open it again or choose Mark all as read to retry. Its page or details can still open.
See Home and navigation for the other lobby controls.
