Your data.
Any business app.

Build live business apps on your company data. Just describe what you need. Astrato handles the logic, security, governance & execution.

Legacy Already using Workbooks? Their docs have their own section, and you can move to apps when you are ready. Workbooks (legacy) Rebuilding a workbook as an app

Examples use https://app.astrato.io as the Astrato application and API host. If your organization provides a private or custom deployment origin, use it in externally hosted integrations, MCP URLs, and CLI commands that accept --host. Data App source code does not configure an Astrato host.

Once your deployment supports the new URL layout, the replacement Astrato application opens at /web/, with Analytics, which lists workbooks and Data Apps, at /web/analytics/, Data at /web/data/, and customer Administration at /web/administration/. Home and navigation describes the home page and what each area holds. Semantic-layer editors then use /web/sle/{semanticLayerId}, including focused measure and dimension editors. Until then, use the /sle/ links provided by your application; /web/ URLs are not available on every deployment during the transition. Both editor and general application links under the previous /sle/ layout remain usable, preserving their context. Legacy application routes remain available while the UI migration is underway.

The new lobby also provides a personal notification inbox beside the account menu.

  • Astrato CLI reference — installation, commands, astrato.json, JSON output and local development behavior.
  • Data App runtime reference — createAstratoApp(), runtime context, SDK client, data binding and errors.
  • SDK reference — @astrato-io/sdk: client, queries, metadata, selections, variables, events.
  • Semantic layer entity model — entities, containment, references, variants, filters, and access-control boundaries in the Semantic Layer Document V3.
  • Visualizations reference — @astrato-io/visualizations: registry, definitions, operations, rendering.
  • Astrato skills — install the router and focused task skills for AI assistants.
  • Nash conversations — what a Nash answer can hold, what Nash can change in your workspace, and where its history is kept.
  • Nash MCP setup — connect an external AI host to Nash’s Astrato capabilities.
  • /llms.txt — every page, as a machine-readable link, grouped under the same headings as this site’s navigation. The Workbooks (legacy) group marks the pages that document Astrato’s earlier product, so an agent does not answer from them by mistake.

See documentation reading guidance for choosing pages and reusing context, and Key terms for the words this documentation uses precisely.
